We only collect technical and operational data necessary to provide and improve the Service. No personal data is collected or stored by DSKF Bot.

  • Discord server (guild) IDs and user IDs
  • Deadside server logs (killfeed CSV and Deadside.log) containing player actions
  • Linked Deadside player IDs only (no personal information)
  • Subscription and profile configuration data
  • Usage and performance data (commands used, timestamps, error logs)

3. Payment Processing

DSKF Bot does not collect or store any personal payment information. All subscription payments are handled securely by our third-party processor (Stripe or PayPal), in accordance with their privacy policies.

4. Data Storage & Security

All technical data is stored securely within our EU/UK hosting environment. We implement industry-standard measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your data.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations. Operational logs and usage data are kept for up to 12 months.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
