Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the DSKF Discord bot, web dashboard, subscriptions and related services (the “Service”) operated by aim3d.net (“DSKF”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By inviting or using the bot, signing in to the dashboard, configuring a Deadside server, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation or community, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The Service
DSKF processes configured Deadside server files and Discord data to provide features such as killfeeds, player and server statistics, connection tracking, online status, subscriptions, bounties, economy functions, events, radars, factions, tickets, trader requests, seasons and administrative tools. Available features may vary by server type, subscription, configuration and software version.
The dashboard is intended to give authorised Discord server administrators access to supported DSKF information and controls. Some configuration may continue to require Discord slash commands.
3. Eligibility and authority
You may use or configure DSKF only if:
- you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms;
- your use is permitted by Discord, Deadside and any hosting provider involved;
- you are authorised to administer the relevant Discord and Deadside servers;
- you have authority to provide the FTP or SFTP credentials and server files supplied to DSKF; and
- your use complies with applicable law and the rights of players and Discord members.
4. Accounts and dashboard access
Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for signing out of shared devices. Access to a Discord server’s dashboard is based on permission information supplied by Discord, including server ownership, Administrator or Manage Server permission.
You must not attempt to access another community’s data, bypass permission checks, interfere with authentication, or use another person’s account without authority. We may revoke sessions or restrict access where misuse or a security risk is suspected.
5. Server credentials and configuration
You are responsible for the accuracy of server details and credentials supplied to DSKF. You should use dedicated credentials with the minimum permissions necessary and use SFTP where it is available. You must rotate credentials promptly if they may have been exposed.
You authorise DSKF to connect to the configured server, retrieve supported files, process their contents and store resulting records for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Community administration and notices
Discord server owners and administrators control how DSKF is configured in their community. They are responsible for:
- selecting appropriate Discord channels, roles and permissions;
- informing members and players about relevant logging, statistics and public feeds where required;
- having an appropriate basis to process and display player or member information;
- handling moderation, disputes and community rules fairly;
- ensuring optional features such as location tracking, economy or admin alerts are used lawfully; and
- responding to requests that are primarily within the administrator’s control.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, regulation, court order or third-party right;
- harass, threaten, stalk, dox or unlawfully monitor another person;
- publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory or malicious content;
- obtain or use server credentials, files or Discord data without authority;
- circumvent subscriptions, security measures, rate limits or permission controls;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload or damage the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the Service except where the law expressly permits it;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access without our written permission; or
- use automated requests or commands in a way that degrades the Service for others.
8. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid features require an active subscription for the applicable Discord server or profile.
- Prices, billing intervals and included features are shown when you subscribe and may change for future billing periods.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the available billing method.
- Cancellation normally prevents future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
- Loss of an active subscription may disable profiles or restrict paid functionality.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s terms.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of sale, fees already charged are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Billing problems should be reported promptly through DSKF support.
9. Your data and content
As between you and DSKF, you retain any rights you have in server files, configuration and other content that you lawfully provide. You grant DSKF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to access, copy, process, transmit, display and store that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
This licence lasts while the content is held for those purposes. It does not transfer ownership of your server files to DSKF. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies an individual or server may be used to understand and improve Service performance.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and allow the processing described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
10. DSKF intellectual property
DSKF and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, designs, branding, documentation and original content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials or confidential information.
11. Third-party services
DSKF depends on third-party services including Discord, Stripe, hosting providers, network providers and Deadside server hosts. Their own terms, privacy notices, availability and technical restrictions apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for changes or outages outside our reasonable control.
You must comply with Discord’s applicable terms, developer rules and community standards, and with the rules of Deadside and your server host.
12. Service changes and availability
DSKF is continually developed. We may add, change, suspend or retire features; alter technical requirements; perform maintenance; or impose reasonable limits needed for security, stability or fair use. We will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, instant log delivery, permanent compatibility with every Deadside update or host, or that every imported event will be complete or error-free. FTP/SFTP availability, Discord outages, server-log formats, rate limits and third-party changes can affect the Service.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using DSKF, remove the bot, disable profiles or cancel a subscription. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, breach of these Terms, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, third-party requirements or risk to the Service or other users.
Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct a breach. Serious or urgent issues may require immediate action. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability terms and dispute provisions.
14. Data after termination
Removing the bot or ending a subscription does not automatically erase every record immediately. Data may remain for historical statistics, backups, security, dispute resolution, legal or accounting requirements, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable rights.
An authorised administrator or affected individual may request deletion or restriction by contacting DSKF support. We may need to verify identity, authority and the relevant Discord or Deadside identifiers before acting on a request.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or compatible with every server, host, Discord configuration or future game update.
DSKF statistics and alerts are derived from third-party logs and configuration. They should not be treated as guaranteed evidence for payments, disciplinary action or legal decisions without appropriate human review.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to the paragraph above, DSKF will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss caused by unauthorised configuration, third-party outages, server-host failures or inaccurate source logs.
Where liability cannot otherwise be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the fees paid for the affected Service during that period or £50, except where a higher amount is required by law.
17. Indemnity for business users
If you use DSKF for business or organisational purposes, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your unauthorised provision of server data or credentials, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent the loss was caused by DSKF.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers may have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom or other country where they live where mandatory law permits.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect Service, legal, security or provider changes. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be announced through the DSKF support Discord or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them, unless applicable law requires a different process.
20. General terms
- If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
- A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
- You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a legitimate business transfer or restructuring.
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement relating to the Service, together with any specific terms shown during subscription.
