Privacy Policy

1. Who operates DSKF
DSKF is operated by aim3d.net in the United Kingdom. In this policy, “DSKF”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the DSKF Discord bot, web dashboard and related services.
Privacy enquiries and data requests can be sent to 4aim3d@gmail.com or raised through the DSKF support Discord.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how DSKF processes personal data when you use the Discord bot, sign in to the dashboard, administer a connected Deadside server, participate in a Discord community using DSKF, contact support, or purchase a subscription.
Deadside server logs and Discord identifiers can relate to identifiable people. They are therefore treated as personal data where applicable, even when they do not contain a real name.
3. Information we process
Depending on the features enabled by a Discord server administrator, DSKF may process:
- Discord account data: user ID, username, global display name, avatar, guild memberships visible through the authorised OAuth scopes, and guild permission values.
- Discord server configuration: guild, channel, role and message IDs; server profile names; feature settings; command configuration; and subscription status.
- Deadside player and activity data: player names and identifiers, platform, kills, deaths, weapons, distances, timestamps, joins, disconnects, sessions, admin actions, and other events contained in connected server logs.
- Optional feature data: linked Discord and Deadside identities, economy transactions, bounties, event participation, factions, tickets, trader requests, radar data, player state or location information, and similar data required by enabled modules.
- Server connection data: FTP or SFTP host, port, username, remote paths and credentials supplied by an authorised server administrator so DSKF can retrieve server files.
- Subscription data: Stripe customer or subscription references, payment status, billing period and related service records. DSKF does not receive full payment-card details from Stripe.
- Technical and support data: IP address and browser information present in web-server logs, request timestamps, error logs, command usage, diagnostic records and information you send when requesting support.
4. How we collect information
- From Discord when the bot operates in a guild or you authorise dashboard login.
- From Deadside server files made available through credentials supplied by an administrator.
- From administrators and users when they run commands, configure features or contact support.
- From Stripe when a subscription is created, renewed, cancelled, refunded or otherwise updated.
- Automatically through application, reverse-proxy and security logs.
5. Why we use the information
We process information to:
- authenticate dashboard users and verify which Discord servers they may manage;
- connect to configured Deadside servers and process the files needed for DSKF features;
- publish requested feeds, statistics, alerts and community features in Discord;
- maintain subscriptions, prevent unauthorised access and enforce service limits;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service;
- answer support requests and communicate important service information; and
- meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and regulatory requirements.
6. Lawful bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, our lawful bases may include:
- Contract: processing needed to provide a subscription or requested DSKF functionality.
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing, supporting and improving DSKF, preventing abuse, and providing server administrators with the features they configure, balanced against the rights of affected individuals.
- Legal obligation: processing needed for tax, accounting, legal requests or other applicable obligations.
- Consent: where consent is specifically requested and is the appropriate legal basis. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing.
Discord server administrators are responsible for ensuring that their use of DSKF, including the publication of player activity and statistics, has an appropriate legal basis and is communicated to their community where required.
7. Discord OAuth and cookies
The dashboard requests Discord’s identify and guilds OAuth scopes.
These allow DSKF to identify the signed-in account and determine which guilds that account owns
or has permission to manage. DSKF does not ask for your Discord password.
The dashboard uses a strictly necessary encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie to maintain login. The session may contain Discord OAuth tokens and account details and normally expires after seven days. Signing out invalidates the dashboard session. No advertising cookies are used by the dashboard.
8. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to:
- Discord: to operate the bot and OAuth login, subject to Discord’s Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: to process and administer subscriptions, subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, network, backup and security providers used to operate DSKF.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, protect rights, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a valid legal request.
Data displayed by DSKF in Discord is visible according to the permissions and channel settings selected by the relevant Discord server administrators.
9. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms, contractual protections or other lawful safeguards used by the relevant provider.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate DSKF, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the data type and the configuration of the relevant Discord server.
- Dashboard sessions normally expire after seven days.
- Configuration and subscription records are retained while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Imported game events and statistics may be retained to provide historical and seasonal statistics until removed, anonymised or no longer required.
- Operational logs, backups and support records are retained for limited periods based on security, recovery and support needs.
- Some records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
Removal of the bot or cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily delete all data immediately. Administrators or affected individuals may contact us to request deletion or restriction, subject to applicable exceptions and the need to verify the request.
11. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect data, including access controls, encrypted web connections, restricted dashboard authorisation, session protection, software updates and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Server administrators must use dedicated, limited-access FTP or SFTP credentials where possible, protect those credentials, and promptly update them if compromise is suspected.
12. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal data held about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- request portability of data you provided where the right applies;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- complain to a data-protection authority.
Requests should identify the relevant Discord account, Discord server and Deadside identity so we can locate the correct records. We may need to verify identity and may ask the relevant guild administrator for information where DSKF processes data on their instructions.
UK users can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
13. Children
DSKF is intended for people permitted to use Discord and Deadside under the rules that apply to them. We do not knowingly use the dashboard to collect information from children who are not permitted to use those services.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when DSKF features, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised, and material changes may also be announced through the support Discord or other appropriate channels.
